AceShop is an online general merchandise retailer owned and operated by Sinovia Global Limited. Our store offers a range of products for everyday personal, household and lifestyle needs.
Our product range includes, but is not limited to, bags and travel accessories; clothing and fashion accessories; home, kitchen and bathroom goods; storage and organisation products; sports and outdoor accessories; and pet supplies.
The assortment may change over time. The products currently offered for sale, their available options, prices and descriptions are shown in our online shop. AceShop (aceshop.cn) is owned and operated by Sinovia Global Limited, registered in Hong Kong. Company contact information is available on the Contact us page. These terms should be read together with our Shipping, Refund and Privacy policies.
2. Products and prices
Please review the product name, description, specifications, quantity, price and currency before placing an order. Actual published product pages describe the item offered. Prices are displayed in USD unless another currency is expressly stated. Standard shipping is included in displayed product prices. Applicable import taxes or duties are disclosed before payment where required.
3. Orders and availability
Submitting an order is a request to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt and does not by itself confirm acceptance or dispatch. If an item is unavailable, an obvious pricing error is identified, or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate correction or refund. We do not charge undisclosed substitution costs.
4. Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment may be processed by an external payment provider through its secure checkout. Payment confirmation is subject to verification. Do not submit a second payment for an uncertain transaction until the original payment has been checked. We do not ask customers to send full card numbers or security codes to customer support.
5. Delivery and returns
We ship worldwide. Standard shipping is included in the price; delivery estimates vary by destination and are described in our Shipping policy. Please read our Shipping and Refund policies. Additional product-specific conditions must be disclosed before an order is placed.
6. Using the website
You must provide accurate order and contact information and must not use the website for unlawful activity, fraud, unauthorised access or infringement of another person’s rights. Website content may not be copied for commercial use without permission from the relevant rights holder.
7. Consumer rights and responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a product is defective or materially different from its description, available remedies will be considered under the applicable law and the circumstances of the order.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Please contact us first so that we can seek to resolve a dispute. Unresolved disputes may be brought before the competent Hong Kong courts, without limiting rights or remedies available under mandatory consumer laws.
9. Changes
Updates will be published on this page. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights that applied to an accepted order. Material changes will be communicated where required.
