Worldwide shipping
We offer worldwide shipping through our network of partner fulfilment locations. Orders may be allocated to different dispatch locations depending on the item, stock availability and destination.
Shipping included in the price
Standard shipping charges are included in the displayed product price. No additional standard shipping fee is added at checkout, and no minimum order value is required. Applicable taxes or import duties are separate from shipping; the applicable arrangements must be made clear before order confirmation.
Processing and delivery estimates
Processing and transit times vary by product, stock allocation, dispatch location, destination and carrier availability. Available estimates will be provided for the relevant order. Estimates are indicative and are not guaranteed arrival dates unless expressly agreed. If you need delivery by a particular date, contact us before ordering so that we can check feasibility.
Dispatch and tracking
We provide dispatch and tracking information where available. Items may arrive in separate shipments from different fulfilment locations, without an additional standard shipping charge.

Please provide a complete delivery address and contact details. Email aceshop@gmail.com promptly to request changes. Changes depend on processing progress and may not be possible after dispatch.
Delays or missing parcels
Customs processing, transport disruption, weather and local delivery conditions can affect estimates. Contact us with your order number if a parcel is delayed, damaged or missing. We will investigate with the fulfilment partner or carrier and communicate an appropriate resolution. Your applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
