Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, incomplete or materially different from its description, please contact us with the order number and issue details. Relevant photos can help us investigate. Depending on the circumstances and applicable rights, we will arrange a replacement, repair, return or refund.
Change-of-mind returns
Any voluntary change-of-mind return period and product-specific eligibility conditions will be stated on the product page before purchase. Please retain order evidence, accessories and packaging where reasonably possible. No unannounced return deadline or fee will be introduced after purchase.
How to request a return
Use the contact channels on our Contact us page and provide the order number, product and reason for return. We will provide the correct return address and any applicable instructions. Default return address: 350 S Grand Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90071, USA. Please email aceshop@gmail.com before dispatch so we can identify your return.
Return shipping costs
Where a return results from our error, a defect or a material mismatch with the description, reasonable return costs will be addressed by us as appropriate. For voluntary change-of-mind returns, any buyer-paid return shipping or other permitted deduction must be disclosed before purchase.
Refunds
After a return or refund request has been reviewed, we will communicate the outcome and applicable processing arrangements. Approved refunds are normally made to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider processing times vary. We do not guarantee a payment provider’s posting date.
Cancellations and exceptions
Contact us promptly to request cancellation or a change. We will check the fulfilment status before confirming whether it is possible. Any exclusions for personalised or other special goods must be disclosed in advance and cannot remove mandatory remedies for defective goods.
